Acceptable Use Policy

1. The principle. Webik's routing and quality systems optimize for legitimate task completion. They are not a tool for bypassing provider safety controls, and we do not measure or rank providers by willingness to produce harmful content.

2. Prohibited. You may not use the service to create, request, route, or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors; content intended to harm, harass, defraud, impersonate, or unlawfully discriminate; weapons development instructions; malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, or evasion tooling; large-scale privacy or IP violations; attempts to circumvent or probe provider safety controls; undisclosed AI impersonation where law requires disclosure; or activity that violates sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.

3. Platform integrity. No credential sharing or resale of raw provider access; no scraping or benchmarking designed to evade limits; no attempts to bypass rate limits, budgets, metering, provider policies, or benchmark controls; no interference with logging, billing, or security systems. High-volume managed spend and any future dedicated-GPU or private-endpoint access may require KYB/KYC and additional review.

4. Your clients. Agencies are responsible for ensuring client workspaces comply with this policy and for suspending abusive client traffic. We may suspend at the key, client, workspace, or organization level.

5. Enforcement. We use graduated enforcement where possible: warning, key or workspace suspension, then organization suspension. We may act immediately for illegal content, fraud, active abuse, credential compromise, provider-term risk, sanctions/export-control risk, or runaway automated spend. Prepaid balances tied to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or legal violations may be withheld or offset as permitted by law.
